About Imperial Land

Imperial Land Corporation (ILC) is a privately held company, established in 1973 with its principal business being real estate development. At present, ILC owns over 3,000 acres of land in Allegheny and Washington Counties situated in Southwestern Pennsylvania and has land available for sale in various sizes that can accommodate developments both large and small.

Nearly 2,000 acres are located in the Townships of Findlay & North Fayette, Allegheny County. The ILC holdings are conveniently situated within minutes of the Pittsburgh International Airport and are bisected by PA-576, also known as the “Findlay Connector”, connecting Interstate 376 and Pittsburgh International Airport with State Route 22 and, ultimately, Interstate 79. This acreage provides easy access to markets in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia and is located within a 500 mile radius or one day’s drive to nearly half of the U.S. population.

At the Westport Interchange, ILC is developing the Findlay Industrial Park, home to over 2.4 million square feet of development. Room for growth in the Findlay Industrial Park can include up to 350,000 SF. In addition, the Westport Woods development is home to major retail distributors, like Amazon, and is ready to accommodate additional users with office or flex space.

ILC also owns approximately 2,000 acres in Robinson Township, Washington County, also known as the Fort Cherry Development District. This property is  accessible via PA-576, also known as the new, “Southern Beltway”, connecting Interstate 376 to Interstate 79. The development can also be accessed from State Route 980.
