Findlay Industrial Park
The Findlay Industrial Park (FIP) is a 400 acre development located at the Westport Interchange of PA Route 576, also known as the “Findlay Connector”. The Park has over 1.9 million square feet under roof and is home to owner-occupiers and industrial developers. Appliance Dealers Cooperative, Okonite, Alro Steel, Ashley Capital, The Buncher Company, Gordon Food Service, Niagara Bottling, Stag Industrial and NorthPoint Development are a few who operate various operations out of FIP.
Additional phases of development in the Park can accommodate users from 25,000 to 350,000 square feet.
FIP is approximately three miles from the Pittsburgh International Airport and the Interstate 376 corridor. It is easily accessible via the Findlay Connector and consists of 6.5 miles of tolled highway connecting the Pittsburgh International Airport and Interstate 376 with State Route 22/30. Findlay Industrial Park’s development also makes immediate use of the “Southern Beltway”, PA-576, a newly built road that spans 19 miles and connects I-376 to I-79.
