Findlay Industrial Park

The Findlay Industrial Park (FIP) is a 400 acre development located at the Westport Interchange of PA Route 576, also known as the “Findlay Connector”. Findlay Industrial Park has 1.6 million square feet under roof and is home to Appliance Dealers Cooperative, Okonite, Alro Steel, Ashley Capital, The Buncher Company, Gordon Food Service and Niagara Bottling.   Additional phases of development can accommodate users from 25,000 to 350,000 square feet.

The Findlay Industrial Park is approximately 3 miles from the Pittsburgh International Airport and the Interstate 376 corridor.  It is easily accessible via PA 576, which was completed in the fall of 2006 and consists of 6.5 miles of tolled highway connecting the Pittsburgh International Airport and Interstate 376 with State Route 22/30.  Findlay Industrial Park’s development makes immediate use of the Southern Beltway Route 576 “22 to 79 Project” also sometimes referred to the “Energy Corridor” as it will connect Southpointe at Interstate 79 with the already completed section of Route 576.  The anticipated opening of the highway is scheduled for fall of 2021.
